Let's pray at home

Each class has a ‘Prayer Bag’ that is sent home with a different child every week. The Prayer Bag contains the Wednesday Word, a prayer/reflection book for the families to write in, a cross, a table cloth that is colour coded to the liturgical time of the year, a set of Rosary Beads and a prayer bear to encourage children to celebrate the Word at home with their families.

The Wednesday Word Family Time presents an opportunity for even the busiest of parents to enrich relationships with their children through spending a very special 10 minutes together each week.  The Wednesday word on our newsletters is taken from the weekly Wednesday Word each week below.
